Johan Smith

Background
Born and raised in the legal capital of South Africa, Bloemfontein.
Debt Collector: 5 years – Prior to entering the field of Debt Counselling, Johan was a legal Debt Collector.
After a time he decided he would rather help consumers than harm them so he changed fields to helping over indebted consumers.
Debt Restructuring: 15 years – In the last 15 years, Johan have assisted thousands of consumers by reducing their monthly payments and protecting them legally against creditors. Johan obtained his Debt Counselling qualification in 2007. His long years of experience in the field will serve you well.
Herman van Vuuren

Background
Herman obtained his LLB degree at the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2007.
He served his articles between 2001 and 2004 at the Firm A.P Pretorius and continuing from 2004 until 2007 at Jordaans Rijkheer and Partners.
In 2007 Herman was admitted as an Attorney and joined Van der Berg Van Vuuren Attorneys on 1 September 2007 and went on to become a Director on 3 August 2009.
He is currently a Director at Van der Berg & Van Vuuren Attorneys.
